Some Information About InThePink2008
I am a mother of four (all boys!) and a one year breast cancer survivor. I recently took an early retirement from my day job of Accountant of a major metropolitan newspaper. Not only do I have some lasting ill effects from my chemotherapy, but I realized there is more to life than work.
I decided to spend more time with my kids, husband, parents, sisters and their families. I also want to connect with other survivors and women currently going through their struggle.
I have met and kept in contact with so many people who have had breast cancer through another venue that I sell from; but that other site is getting to be very costly for the little guy (or gal in my case) and it's only getting worse.
Once I am profitable on this site, I will be donating a portion of the monthly proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. My family has participated every year since I was diagnosed; if you would like to donate direct, just type in the name on a search and you will find their homepage.

And remember GET CHECKED--DON'T FORGET YOUR EXAMS!! It saved my life.
