WARRANTY:

 To obtain a return order authorization (ROA) for credit or replacement, simply email us within 15 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid. All returns must be in there orginal box, with all documentation included. Sorry return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All merchandise damaged during shipment, will be handled thru carriers insurance. It is to your advantage to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt, if visible damage is noticed insure delivery driver is notified. Failure to follow these instructions may be cause for rejection of your claim. All warranty claims on merchandise with a manufacture warranty will be handled though the respective manufacture.
