I joined Ebid a good few years back, but never really got the time to work on it due to working commitments.
 I have now slowed down a bit and have the time to build a store again. 

I live with my family in the west coast of Scotland in the Ayrshire countryside. 

We are open to most things to sell, where we try to obtain good prices so we can offer a fair price to you the customer. 

I use a drop-shipper for our Personalised items, (PLEASE READ PERSONALISED INFO) they are reliable and they supply some of the large named stores. Not always the cheapest but the goods are great. 

I treat customers the way I would expect to be treated, I always try to respond to any problems you have or question on the same day, next at latest.

Payment:

We accept many methods of payment!

PayPal is our prefered method of payment but we accept

 PPPay Instant and PPPay Escrow

Please pay, or arrange payment within 3 days of winning this auction.

Shipping:

We aim to ship goods as soon as possible!

Items that are made to order, will typically be dispatched

within 3-5 working days.

Non Personalised items are usually shipped next day:

We mostly use Royalmail and MyHermes courier service.

I will keep you informed when goods are shipped and method of shipping.

Returns Policy:

Please note we need to be informed of any faulty goods within 24 hrs of receipt of goods.

Please contact us before returning any faulty goods.
We will not be responsible for goods returned without been authorised.

Items that are faulty or not as per description will be fully refunded including postage.

Personalised goods will not be refunded unless they are faulty,.
This excludes any spelling mistake, as we copy spelling from the information you provide..

Goods must be returned in original packaging!!

 For your own protection we recomend you return goods with proof of posting!

As these goods are made to order,we will try to have your item delivered to you within 5 working days.
 
However please note that some personalised items may take a little longer to create so,
we advise you to wait at least 7 days for you item to be delivered.

Information that you provide us will then be copied onto your personalised product.

Please make sure that all of the information that you provide us with is correct.

Spacing & Punctuation is INCLUDED in the number of characters that can be engraved.

Please contact us if there are any problems that you may have with our goods or our services
and we will do our best to fix them for you.

After you have made your purchase please send us an eBid message or email with all your personalisation details.

It is important to note the limits of the characters and lines permitted (spaces & punctuation marks are counted as characters). If you send too many characters or lines this will cause a delay in receiving your item.

IMPORTANT: The information you provide will be copied directly onto your product.

This includes the spelling, any spacing and punctuation provided.

Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.
