Who we are
Adams IT services is a highly efficient company established in January 2006.
Our aim is to bring the best selection of products at the lowest prices possible, while providing the highest level of service.
We pride ourselves on our friendly helpful staff .. We sell a wide range of refurbished and salvage laptops. We also stock a large variety of components.
Payment and Shipping
- We post to the UK and Worldwide.
- We will combine postage for multiple items, just message us please!
- All UK purchases are sent 2nd Class Recorded, or choose our standard 1st Class Recorded option at a Bargain £2.99 (or less for very small items)
- Payment by paypal only, please make sure your address is verified with paypal.
- All static senstive items are packaged in anti-static packaging.
Returns
- Please note all items are security marked, please do not attempt to return a different faulty item.
- All items are covered under a 14 Day D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) warranty, If an item is found to be D.O.A, you will have 14 days to notify us and return the item ASAP, we will then issue a full refund including original postage costs.
- Refunds will not be made for damage to an item whilst being installed or used by the buyer.
- Returned Items must be in the same condition as when sold, to be eligible for a refund.
- A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted for items bought in error and returned to us, original postage costs (if any) will not be refunded.
