Terms of Sale (Goods)

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. If you offer or accept our offer for any goods, our contract is in the terms set out below.

You are: our Customer

The terms and conditions

Definitions In this agreement:

Carrier” means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you, whether all or part of the distance. “Goods” means any goods we offer for sale. “Written Material” means any informational material published by us in any medium with a view to providing information to our customers or prospective customers.

Our contract with you

We shall accept your order when you have either :- selected the specified Goods You wish to purchase from us and have either placed a bid on the Goods and remained the highest bidder (at the end of the auction) or You Have clicked a "Buy Now" button on eBid to purchase the Goods at the Buy It Now Price -That is when our contract is made. This action indicating that: The You have fully read, and accept these Terms of Sale, and having done so, have entered into a legally binding contract of sale, to purchase the Goods from us at the price agreed upon, at the time of purchase. We will then process/dispatch the Goods in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

We endeavor to keep all pricing on our website current, however It is possible that the price may have increased from that posted in our Written Material. All descriptions, weights and sizes of Goods are those of the original manufacturers and you may not rely on their accuracy. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this Agreement. If we do not have the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives before we dispatch your order. If this happens you may:

accept the alternatives we offer;

cancel your order;

leave the order valid, but tell us to omit the out-of-stock item.

If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will refund you as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of your order. We are not experts about the Goods we supply so you may not rely on our expertise. Goods are at your risk from the moment they are picked up by the Carrier from our Distribution Center/warehouse.

Price and Payment

You must pay us the full price of your order before we will send any part of it. (Cheques must clear our banking system before dispatch of goods to you) Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds Sterling will be borne by you.

Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time. You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim. Credit Card Payments can be made using:- PayPal, Check or PPPay.com

PayPal  is a secure Internet Payment Gateway, you are also subject to the gateway's terms and conditions. Any On line payments are done so using a 128 bit encryption. Personal and credit card details are sent to PayPal using secure SSL Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from us.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of order once payment has been made. We Suggest that you print out the receipt of your order taking note of the order number, for easy reference, should the need arise.

We reserve the right to decline any order at any time for whatever reason,.also we reserve the right to withdraw any Goods from sale at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. You will be informed via e-mail if such a situation arises. In this circumstance You will be offered an alternative or given a refund.

Information you give us

You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the Goods. We will use all reasonable endeavors to respond to any point of dissatisfaction by you, provided you contact us within 30 days of purchase. When placing an order You should remember to state any color/ size preferences you have.

Delivery

Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. We don't ship to PO Boxes. If we are not able to deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery. We may deliver the goods in installments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery. Goods In UK are delivered via Royal Mail unless stated/requested other wise before purchase.

Taxes, duties and import restrictions

We have no Expert knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country of residence. You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence.

Goods returned

Because you are buying the Goods by Internet /mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply: You must tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods; In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalized goods; The Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of your telling us you wish to cancel: with both goods and all packaging in their original condition; securely wrapped;including a returns authorization code slip available by contacting us first;

Postage costs

After we have received the Goods, we will refund You with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt; If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost. We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you. Proof of Posting required. You must obtain a receipt from the Post Office with proof of dispatch (A Certificate of Posting) for any item You return to us.

We do not accept returns on the following type of Goods sent outside of UK: personalized, Beauty, intimate, earrings, cosmetics, aromatherapy oils, essential oils, Perishable goods such as food & flowers and “time specific” offers such as tickets magazines or free items/gifts and special offers made by us, posters/software/computer/video/audio products which have been unsealed/used.

We do have pages & products that children might be interested in when parents are viewing are children's page with links to sites that are said by the respective site owners to be safe for children under 10 years old. The external links & their content are subject to their own terms & conditions & although we make every effort to make sure all sites are family safe, we are not responsible for external links content. Children will inevitably visit other parts of the site and will be subject to whatever on site marketing they find, wherever they visit. If any of these terms is at any time held by any jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable, then it shall be treated as changed or reduced, only to the extent minimally necessary to bring it within the laws of that jurisdiction and to prevent it from being void and it shall be binding in that changed or reduced form. Subject to that, each provision shall be interpreted as severable and shall not in any way affect any other of these terms.

No Waiver No waiver by us, in exercising any right, power or provision hereunder shall operate as a waiver of any other right or of that same right at a future time; nor shall any delay in exercise of any power or right be interpreted as a waiver.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including strikes of our own employees.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
