1.If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, you may return it within
30 days of the date it was delivered and receive a refund.
2. If you change your mind at any time before we ship the order you get 100% money back.
If you change your mind after we ship the order but before you open the box you get money back
LESS the actual shipping cost.
3. All returns by shipping carrier due to customers rejecting delivery, undeliverable address or
unavailable to arrange for pickup at the shipping carrier facility will also be subject to the
actual shipping cost.
4. When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are
in good condition, and contacting us immediately if there is a problem with your shipment. Please
provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of
 the affected items, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We will respond to you as
quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items unless we direct you to do so.
5. All return items must be in original condition, new and never been used. If any returned item that is
defective cause by us, 100% fully refund will be applied. We'll also pay the return shipping costs
if the return is a result of our error (your order was incorrect, damaged or defective). Otherwise
all refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges and and you will be responsible for the
return shipping costs. If any returned item that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts,
 or in a condition that cannot resell due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking
fee of up to 20% of the sales price based on the condition of the product.
6. Please pack your return
 shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.
7. Once we receive your return,
we will issue a credit or refund
within 1-2 days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take
several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial
institution.
