Touch Of Seasons has been satisfying customers since 1993 as Cyntronics selling mostly electronic commodities. Over the years our inventory began to change to mostly seasonal products and we realized that the name Cyntronics would no longer fit. So, we recently changed our name to Touch Of Seasons. Most of our products are from brand name manufacturers and their names are well known. Our purchasing team searches the world for the most innovative and sought after products. Our home office is located in the beautiful outskirts of Macungie, Pa. with product warehouses located in several states.
RETURNS...
Returns are never a problem. With our Buy It Try It guarantee you can try our products for 7 days. If it's not everything we say or you're just not happy with it you can return it no questions asked. Holiday specific items (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.) must be returned within 10 days of the intended holiday unless defective and the defect was not caused by misuse. At Touch Of Seasons we take great pride in our ability to describe our items exactly as they appear. What's described and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get....Guaranteed! Because of this returns are very rare.
SHIPPING...
We do not, nor do we ever intend to charge anymore than what it actually costs to ship each item, as provided by the shipping calculator used here, to the continental USA. In fact, some of our items actually ship free. However, due to the rising costs to ship Internationally we must charge a small handling fee for such orders. Shipping is through the USPS or UPS depending on the size & weight. In stock items usually ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.
ABOUT FEEDBACK...
If any business that ships products says that they are 100% problem free every time, they would be lying! Problems do sometimes occur. We make every effort to pack our products so that they arrive free of any defects. Although, as already mentioned, returns are to a minimum, we cannot speak for the delivery companies. If you should encounter any problems with an item received please contact us. There's no problem that cannot be worked out by communicating with each other. So, before thinking about leaving negative or derogative feedback, please contact us and we'll work out any problems that may occur.
