I've been selling collectibles for over 10 years on Ebay. My Ebay account is tmscollectables14 and I have over 6,000 feedback. Sales on Ebay has been slow for me lately and now I'm currently trying out other options.
I sell mostly non sports cards, Anime, Toys, sports cards, some comics and other collectibles. I'll use the exact pictures when I can for collectors. If there are way too many of the same item, then I'll use a stock photo.
