DESPATCH / DELIVERY INFO -

Orders placed and paid for before 1p.m Monday - Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday are despatched the next working day. If there is a problem despatching your order on time, we will contact you as soon as possible via Ebid messaging.

All our items come with free delivery. Free delivery applies to most UK Mainland postcodes. Depending on your order value total, there may be a surcharge to pay if the item you ordered is sent via a courier service, for delivery to all offshore postcodes, and postcodes classed as Scottish Highlands by the courier.

We use Royal Mail standard service for small / lightweight items and delivery is usually within 3 working days, and this is free to all postcodes UK Wide. We use a tracked courier service for everything else, delivery is usually within 2 working days, although most arrive next working day. The courier service is free to most UK Mainland postcodes, and depending on the item/s ordered, there may be a delivery charge for all offshore postcodes, and postcodes classed as Scottish Highlands by the courier. PLEASE check before ordering, if you need advise on this.

RETURNS & REFUNDS -

If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us via Ebid messaging with your order number along with reason for return, and we will respond with a returns authorisation including the return number and the return delivery address. **PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM UNTIL THE ABOVE PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED**

We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, or what you believe to be an incorrect product other than that ordered, please provide us with clear and concise information on the issue and if possible, photos/images, and we will resolve quickly, on a case by case basis.

In rare cases, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement, for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS, PLEASE ENSURE ANY FOOD / DRINK PACKAGING ITEMS YOU INTEND TO RETURN, REMAINS UNOPENED AND UNUSED, AND ANY SEAL / PRODUCT PACKAGING REMAINS UNBROKEN, OTHERWISE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THESE PRODUCTS.
