Since 2013, Munoz Minerals has established itself as a one-stop shop for all your opal and mineral needs.

We are a family owned business located in Brisbane, Australia. We started trading mainly with Opals in eBay due to their stunning patterns and for their special connection they have with Renzo Munoz, the founder of Munoz Minerals. We then open up our own online shop and currently we are also listing on ebid.net. 
  

Renzo Munoz, originally from Lima, Peru, founded the company in 2013. He moved to Brisbane in 2008 and graduated from Griffith University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Management. However, his love for online trading and gemstones in particular made him pursue his dream of starting his own Opals & Minerals business.  
 

Laura Vinter is the newest member of the team. Laura is the heart of the design and production of Munoz Minerals' newest items. Her attention for detail and innovative ideas make her the perfect person to oversee the areas of production, social media and advertising.

Shipping Policy:

We offer FREE SHIPPING storewide.  Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• • Processing time: 2–3 working days.
  • Shipping time: 
     
    • International delivery usually takes about 10-15 business days.
       
    • Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 10 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

Returns Policy:

- You are eligible to return your order upon checking with us. Please note that we only accept returns if the items are damaged or are not as described. Keep in mind that if you simple changed your mind or pick the ones you like then we will not accept the return of the goods.  
- For all returned items, buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.
- In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item(s).
