Can eBid not do some email advertising for Christmas?

Instead of posting links on the forum that don't work could time be better spent sending some email reminders about eBid to old customers ?

Every day in my email I get countless advertising emails from the two big sites plus emails from other smaller sites all touting their wares for Christmas. I haven't seen so much as one single email about eBid !

Could some decent emails be designed (not the dreadful old out of date thing that has been churned out in the past !) to advertise the new look site.

Also, as I say every year, some Christmas cheer about the site wouldn't go amiss either when you are trying to attract Christmas shoppers, even if it is just on the main pages for each country !

think its a brilliant idea.would ebid be better at saying what they think the xmas email should be?

Well said maid, I totally agree with you. Doesn't cost anything to send an email.(Only time)

I too have an abundance of emails touting other sites and their Christmas goodies for sale.
We do need to attract Christmas shoppers, so some Christmas cheer here would hopefully go down well ....
especially if it was in liquid form ....

... or at least a bit of mistletoe or holly

Maybe they could employ you to design a slick new email instead of that outdated old thing they have been trundling out for years ! Or in the case of this Christmas, not trundling out anything at all !!!

i too get constant ads from well known auction sites but nothing from ebid!
