Regarding to No:14 advice, is it not true that once you posted your item for sale, this will automatically put your item on sale in all eBid supported countries and if this is not the case can you please advice how shall I go about doing that???

your ebid item only shows in your country unless you add and allow the shipping cost to another country and tick the box for posting to that country and/or continent
