    Default Improvement to Q&A system

Please can the Q&A system be amended so that instead of removing answered Qs from the Q&A tab, the A is added to the list. This way the history of all Q&A exchanges will be retained in one place, and inexperienced buyers will be able to find their answers.

It is obvious from various forum exchanges over the months that I've been here that many users expect the Q&A to work this way, and are a) mystified when their Qs vanish and b) never see replies because they don't know to look on the listing.

    Thanks.

I second that and it's not just inexperienced users that find this a problem.

I recently received a neg because a buyer registered with an incorrect address and their item was returned to me. I asked them if they wanted to give their correct address so I could resend it or if they would prefer a refund. A month later they eventually reply that they want a refund and I missed it because the original question had disappeared.

I'll third the idea. Biggest problem for me is remembering which auctions I need to look at - both selling and buying - it's just too easy to completely forget what was asked or answered.
And some of the questions that do show up on auctions I would prefer to remove if the item isn't then bid on, especially if they are quite old. If the question is about the item, I usually end up editing the auction to include that information anyway.

Any auctions. This problem hits normal live auctions that are running currently. Somebody asks a question, the seller answers it. The exchange now disappears off the Q&A tab in "my summary" and the only place to find it is at the bottom of the listing. Not enough people know that for it to be effective. If it was (also?) kept on the Q&A tab with the answer it would be much more easily found.
