FVF refund auto request in AAL

Just had NPB

I have done the required, (3 reminders, marked as NPB, left negative)

I have requested by email a refund of the fvf paid.

Could we have an extra thingy on AAL where we can send a auto request to admin for FVF refund rather than having to email admin?

Isn't that done automatically when you mark it as NPB ? I always thought it did. Maybe I'm wrong and I'm owed some fees?! (she said hopefully !!!! )

Well I have just had to request a massive 8p via email.

I got the refund within 23 minutes after getting ticket number

The amount is irrelevant to me, where do I set a line? 2p, 8p, 10p, 50p, £1?

I don't think I should pay the fvf for a NPB, I think (cannot see it working though) that the NPB should be charged the FVF + an admin fee.

Now there's an idea Sarah! After all an auction is meant to be a legally binding contract and it might make people think twice if they are just messing the seller around.
