They did not get the reply in the Q&A nor their email. The customer had no idea I had replied to their question until I emailed them directly. It could be their settings on eBid..not sure. Or the brower they are using. So, if there are questions sent to me, I now reply via AAL and directly by email, just to make sure they receive something.
