I only found the answer from my customer today - it didn't come in email or on my questions, and i would like to withdraw a nonpaying bidder on an item because it wouldn't be fair on the customer as they have been ill - and i need the sale!

Doesn't the AAL have it in the menu to undo this? If you mark it as payment received, I expect that should solve the problem
