Sorry. From here it does not look like you are there yet.

Works OK under Firefox.

Under IE7 the first time I tried it it popped up off the visible screen. After that it will not show at all. The Custom button now does nothing.

Hmmm...I tried every which way to get it to work earlier. Just come back to the computer and it is working as advertised.
