The OP is trying to get established here to become, can not do that


I think it does not matter if a newbie seller as only 2 sales.
IMO more of a reason to get them up & selling so they can get more sales, become a sellers with 100.s of sales. Keep them selling here so they can help the site grow.

It matters not whether you had 2 sales or 2,000 you should get the same response on problems as anyone else, my point was that reading your initial post it sounded like you were a mega seller and this was costing you millions of pounds, just saying get things in perspective thats all, nothing more.
