Better explain the rules for places in writting to avoid tantrums latter.

The count is updated at midnight. First prize will go to the person who chooses the date when the count first shows as 500,000+ for 24hrs. If no-one has the exact date it will go to the next nearest. If there are two members tying for next nearest it will go to the member who chose the earlier of the two dates.

The same rule applies for 2nd and 3rd places. If, for example, we hit the half million on 10/12 and there are predictions for 09/12, 10/12 and 11/12, 2nd prize will be awarded to the member who chose 09/12 and 3rd to 11/12.
