If you want to copy an image of a screen press the key marked PrtScn - that will place a copy on the system clipboard. From there you can paste it into any graphics package (e.g. Paint), maybe resize/crop it, and save it. More advanced graphics packages may let you capture a screen or portion of it directly from within itself.
Astrals advice regarding Paint is correct on most keyboards. On my wifes laptop however you have to hold the Fn key down whilst pressing the Insert/prt scr key.
If you then go into Start >All Programs >Accessories >Paint.Click Edit (top left )then Paste. This should then show a picture of your screen view.If you want to show just a part of that screenshot follow the guide below.

May I suggest that OP changes her password to something obscure and PMs someone who has been trying to help - they can then access the account, do the necessary and then OP can change her pass back?

    Just a suggestion

How did you get the link to work on your logo - as that uses the same URL entry box?[/quote]

It's been so long ago now, since I pasted my logo, that I've no idea how I did it. I certainly do not remember any problems.

Hopefully you can now see the attachment!

What are you trying to do? Attach a screenshot? If so...

First you need to host the image somewhere. Either on your own webspace or on an image hosting site like PhotoBucket. My Gallery should also work.

Once you have done that then when entering your message click on the 'Insert Image' icon (looks like mountains). That will pop up a box (ooer...could have trouble here as this is your original problem) that allows you to enter the URL of the image you want to insert.

I agree that the link to my store works fine. (thank goodness) If you look at the line above my logo, it's URL type speak. I just want it to read like other sellers. EG "please look at my auctions" and I also want to add a link that says "register with Ebid here", without it being in computer speak.

I DO appreciate everyone's input here!

The technique described here http://www.bykimbo.com/ebid/help/activelinks.htm applies equally well to signatures as to plug postings.
