I have a buyer from the UK that is
sending me US dollars in the form
of International Signed For...how
does that work? Does it come to
my house or bank? Thanks.

International signed for is just a mailing option that means you sign for it on delivery, so it can be sent anywhere. In this case, to whichever address you gave your buyer.
International signed for is IMO a con. If the country is in the Airsure countries then thats much better than signed for and worth spending the extra.
Rather than sending money to another country, I would probably ask to do a bank transfer and share the fees or pay all the fees, it would be cheaper I would imagine than the Airsure & International waste of time signed for fee.

I wouldn't trust that method. What if you signed for it (can't open it before you sign on the dotted line) then opened the envelope to find insufficient funds? Your buyer will protest and say they sent enough money (after all, you signed for it). I see a big headache looming. That sort of thing is best left for very very good friends and close family members.

OP, what amount of money are you talking about as other methods may be of use, like the abbey international bankers draft.

The thing about this international signing for payment is that
this particular woman has been so patient and so pleasant
about the week that I couln't get anywhere with the integration
process until I found out thru the support team that I could create my
own invoices for billing. By the time that got straightened out
she then went to log on to her google buyer account and they didn't
recognize her e-mail. Just one more glitch. I have to trust that
her word is good. There is risk involved to some degree with all
on-line auctions for buyers and sellers..sometimes you have to
trust you instincts. So we'll see.
