store not showing up under store category

I finally decided to up-grade to Seller+ today. I've set up my store but I notice it doesn't show in the store category under Ice Hockey. Anyone know if this takes awhile or am I not doing something write. Can you also be listed under another category. In Canada, we say Hockey not Ice hockey. I think hockey in Europe is more like field hockey?

Also, anyone know how to do a signature...something to do with User CP?
