Consider this situation.. You are renting a unit in a shopping centre. There is a drunk who comes in and shouts abuse at passers by. Security do nothing. They let him do it day after day. What would you, as a tenant, do about it?

Interesting replies - I've been away overnight and it is enlightening to return to this thread and see where it has gone. My point is not literal - I don't have a shop and if I did, I can't imagine the management of any shopping centre tolerating this situation for long. However, online....
