Buying can be confusing to new user

Being new here I find buying items a little confusing. In both cases I had to leave the buyer a question in the AAL to ask for an invoice or a way of paying them. Now I have been reading the forums so this really was not a real big problem for me but there are tons of people out there that would just be at a loss.

One of the items I bought was a BN and the other I won the auction.

I do understand the different levels here as I am also a Plat. seller. But I think the average Joe would like a link that would allow him/her to pay weather they did a BN or won the auction.

I realize that you need some perks to get people to upgrade to Plat. but I don't believe payment options should be one of them.

I think the whole idea is to make it as easy as possible for someone to pay for their transaction.

I agree the buyer's ease of transaction should not depend on the seller's membership choice.

As a seller I may be willing to work to see eBid progress but the buyer would be more apt to just find an easier purchasing venue.
