I must say I am truly impressed by the Support team here ! I emailed to Customer Support and got a personal reply within 24 hours and actually got an answer that I could follow and worked!! THANK YOU!!!

Wow! I changed my ID to coincide with the one I use on the auction site but for some reason I had trouble getting back into the forums to edit my signature, chat with people etc. but the Support people stuck with me and I'm back!!!!
I was "Uptoolate" but now I'm the real me again - brilliant!
