Happy Hour and 60 Minute Auctions.

Hi everyone,
I have a problem to grasp the meaning of the following:
"Happy Hour Auctions are AU$10 No Reserve Auctions.,etc" and "60 Minute Auctions are AU$1 No reserve auctions.,etc"
It is also said that the listing costs are zero.
So what is the figure of $10 and $1 mean exactly?
Sorry to be so dumb. Can anyone explain,please?

The Happy Hour AU$10, is the starting price, you cannot list something that starts at AU$5, you cannot put a reserve price on the item, if it only gets one bid then it is sold at AU$10, the 60 min works the same starting price $1, again you cannot put a reserve price on it.
Both Happy Hour & 60 min, are frontpage featured auctions, they are NOT FREE AUCTIONS, the cost of listing the auction varies depending on when you book your space, the current cost & available slots can be found on the list your item form.
