But I dont think i got my point across..
My problem is.. a guy sent me a message through the Ask seller question option for one of my items. He did not buy anything, just asked a question. As I mentioned before, using e.bay I always delete messages in my inbox, and go to My messages on My ebay page. Reason i do this is I clicked on one of these ask question e.mails and it turned out to be a spoof, which put a kelogger on my PC without me doing anything and someone Hyjacked my shop and put expensive stuff in it. Luckily I caught it quick before anything was sold, but my account ended up closed for 2 days while they sorted it all out and I lost sales. So now I only answer direct from My messages. I was unaware that e.bid did not have this facitlty, or maybe I just cant find it..lol As I deleted the original message I have no way of replying to his question, I have his user name etc, but when I use that.. again there is no link to contact member or ask question.
Just wondered if anyone knew a way round it, or am i just missing a link to messages etc...

Just send a PM through the forums if you have their user name and explain what has happened. Or you can just put your reply in the auction if it is still running in the ask the seller a question. It will look as if you have asked yourself a question but it still works. Either way they will get their answer.
