We won a video machine from them, but it packed in weeks later. It took us months to take it to the nearest Comet store and get our money back. They weren't gonna give us our dosh back stating that,

"It has lapsed the stores policy"
"Knickers to that mate" I said "What about our rights? The law of the land says that "all goods have to work within a reasonable amount of time", you lot sold us a dodgy video and I ain't moving from this store 'till I get me dosh back!"

Anyhow, after a few mutterings between shop assistant and their manager, we got our refund back via a cheque sent through the post

If it goes dodgy folks within a reasonable amount of time, you are are entitled to an replacement or a refund, but ensure you stand your ground

Right, I'm off for a mug of coffee, anyone else want a cuppa?

gutted!!!

just spent nearly £300 quid on a zanussi fredge freezer - its on here at £147

not happy

but hey ho got a lovely fridge freezer!
