Apparently no one read what I wrote on my request for a trouble ticket! Instead of requesting ANOTHER membership I was requesting assistance pertaining to my password and the changing of my email for my ORIGINAL membership!!! I have been a member for YEARS!!! Due to unfortunate circumstances I was forced to discontinue for quite a while and the email I was using was discontinued due to non-usage. I also forgot my password over the years. I signed on when you were only offering three stores. That was increased to five later on. I paid for the lifetime membership once and do not wish to pay for it a second time. I was known as TYPYR then and wish to remain known as such now. Please. I need your assistance.
