I've been listing this afternoon without any issues. All of a sudden I'm being asked to supply my email address so I can reset my password!!
All my emails have been coming through perfectly.

HI James,
It is likely your email address is one of the around 1000 hotmail addresses going back over the last 12 months that have reported eBid emails they have received as spam. We never send unsolicited emails and all are controllable within the My eBid > My Emails section.
We have to place a hold on all users who report us for spam in our database so that they do not receive emails from us any longer to keep our reputation as clean as possible so that other users on eBid still receive our emails ok and are not sent to spam bins.
You'll just need to enter an email address to regain access, the same one will do and if you do receive any emails you do not wish to from us that you have opted into then you can just unsubscribe using links in the emails.
