    Default Where's my item?

    One of the first things I do mornings, is look at my emails. Were I listing on here as a RUS merchant, this would certainly be high priority. But it appears that there are still dump and run sellers which are giving eBid a bad reputation on the review sites.

    Ordered a RUS item on Monday 11th, no ASL message from seller, not shown as dispatched.
    I have reminded them twice but still no reply.

    How long should I give them before leaving negative feedback?

    I'd give them a 2 days, send a message, then 3 days send reminder, then 2 days, send another reminder, then open a case the next day.

    Also, have you tried searching for their store name on Ebay as a way to contact them?
    Or if you have paid, can you get their email from Paypal?

    Hope you get it sorted.

    I have now sent two reminders via ASL but there is no response.
    It is a very low price item, but that is not the point. The eBid reviews make terrible reading on some sites, and it is little wonder that buyers steer clear if this is the service they receive.

    ps. It is eBid, not eBay

    Have now emailed seller via the email addy on PP account.

    I know it's on eBid, but I thought they might also be on Ebay.

    Sorry, Jason, my misunderstanding.

    I appreciate your help. There is short supply of it on the forums these days

    Will give them until Monday to reply then leave appropriate feedback.

    Update: No response to emails. Negative feedback left. Follwoing message now appears on my eBid page. Seller still has over 1,000 RUS listings. Why are these not removed by eBid.

    What is it with the sellers on eBid? Do they not care about customer service?

    I do my best to support this site and it is always the first port of call when I am searching for something. Two purchases this month: one not received or any communication from seller so negative feedback left. Now waiting for an item purchased TEN days ago and not received.

    In all the years I have been on eBay, I cannot recall leaving negative feedback for a seller. Looks as though it will be two on eBid in this month alone.

    Had enough, quite frankly.
