It shows I sold a item what do I do after that how do I know if they paid for the item?

Go to your "Sold" tab on your "My Ebid" page.
Under the "Status/Options" part there are 5 red dots for the item you sold, if the "P" is green, then they have paid. If it's red, then they still need to pay and you can send them an Invoice via the "Please Choose" drop down menu.

Forgot to mention, that some individuals will (Don't know why the option exists) mark it as "Paid Manually" without having paid, but clicking on the sold item will show you all that has transpired in relation to it. If you only accept Paypal, check your account to make sure it has been paid.
