downloaded turbo lister, imported from UK ebay but cannot export?
Ebay are hopeless does anyone know why export is greyed out?

Your question is confusing so my guess is that you downloaded ninja lister and exported your listings from eBay to eBid.
Once you have checked your listings in NL - stripped out any reference to eBay, made sure your store(s) are on online and open with the relevant store categories, changed your prices etc., you are then 'good to go'.

Apologies if this has been covered but I have searched to no avail. I am a user of Ninja lister and have been happy but for some reason although I can export listings from Turbolister, when I import to Ninja lister everything shows with the exception of the description. I have tried every combination of export/import manipulation I can think of but can not improve the situation. Exports of live ebid auctions and import to ninja is ok, just the descriptions from ebay. Any suggestions - I am using the latest version of turbo and ninja. Thanks in anticipation
Your best bet might be to send your exported file to eBid support as an attachment to a support request (https://www.ebid.net/uk/help/contact-us/) and let support see if there is something in it causing the problem.
Have you looked at the file exported from TL to see if the descriptions text is in the file? If they aren't then the error is in the export from TL, if they are then they are getting lost during import into NL.
Ensure they you are using the latest version of NL (v2.09). Field layout can be changed between versions and an out of date version may not map correctly to the fields of the file being imported.
Support is still your best bet. They know what to look for and can advise you - or fix any problem if it is on eBid's side of things.
