New Free Shipping Label showing incorrectly

I see that there is a new "Free Shipping" label that appears in the top left of the picture if you open an item with no shipping charge. A good idea but this is also appearing on items which are collection in person only - for example see my item 142719997.

As an enhancement it would be nice if the "Free Shipping" label also appeared in the Gallery and other listing views.
