I'm not overly familiar with Ninja Lister as I don't use it.
If you select a field there should be a button at the bottom become active that is captioned Copy To All (or something like that). Clicking that should copy the content of the selected field to all the others. What I am not sure of is if it is page based or not. I'm not currently in a position to run NL as I am on my tablet.
If it doesn't do the job then you could always upload as is and then use the site Bulk Edit which would work on all listings in one go.
It does depend on whether the OP wants to make the fields the same for all 2000+ listings Mel, hence the reason I asked for more information.

I should add...
Before doing any form of Bulk Edit you should always ensure that you have a current copy of your listings to fall back to should things not go as planned.

OK, Thanks.
The fields are.
eBid Category ID (all will be the same)
eBid Store Category ID (all will be the same)
Dispatch Time - All changed from Next Day to 2 Days.
Id also look at changing the description on all listings if its possible
Thanks
OK, fired up NL. The Copy To All button I referred to is actually Copy Field To All accessed by selecting a field and right-clicking on it.
It applies the change to every item in the currently displayed Auction Set.
That being so, it would appear suitable for the first three you want to change but not for changes to the description (unless you want all your descriptions the same - which I doubt).
Global edits of descriptions can be problematic. You can insert additional boilerplate content at the bottom easy enough, but more intricate editing needs some care. Without knowing what sort of changes you want to make to the descriptions then I can't advise the best route to take.
All that said, Gill would appear to be more familiar with Ninja Lister than I am; you may prefer to wait and see if they respond.

No need to wait, that worked a treat... Now its just images and Im sorted and as I only want to list 100 a day it works out well.
Thanks a bunch for all the help. :-)
