Photographs (pictures) and folders

Can you let us know what is not working correctly so that we can take a look. We are unaware of any current problems.

The more specific you can be including filenames, folder names etc. the better.

Ok

I picked a folder Beeing and clicked on 'sort' (high->low)
- nothing happened

I picked a folder Beeing and clicked on 'sort' (low->high)
- the first photo that was ever uploaded (in general folder) came to the top

I picked search in put in the word 'Beeing' and clicked on 'sort' (low->high)
- the first photo that was ever uploaded (in general folder) came WAS on the top and STAYED there

I picked search in put in the word 'Beeing' and clicked on 'sort' (high->low)
- the last uploaded picture that is in folder Folder : HIST Fball FA Cup came up

... does that help?

I will keep that in mind as I have a folder full of smilies 'somewhere...'

The link is about listings.
When I create a listing and I want to put in a photo that I uploaded to a folder on ebid long ago ... when I highlight the folder it will be in, and search on it, it does not give me a list of all the contents of that folder... it gives me a random recent ones uploaded :-(

I use internet explorer (probably an old version) if that makes any difference.

"Upload new photos from your hard drive or the internet. Choose individual photos or tick the boxes and click the "Use Selected Images" button. Unused photos will be deleted 10 days after they are uploaded. A photo is deemed in use while it is used within the photo section of a running auction and also 75 days after the auction closes. "

Yes I get that far.

For example I create a folder called sweets. Upload the photos into listings.

A month or two later I want to create a new listing. I pick folder sweets and search. For some reason all the items in the sweets folder DO NOT LIST. The search just lists the last few pictures that have been recently uploaded to any particular folder, such as apples, oranges, pears.

Does that help?
