Site Terms & Conditions

I'm getting a bit sick of asking this... but another try.

Can we PLEASE have the site Terms & Conditions placed somewhere more accessible than hidden away in a textbox on the Registration page. I would suggest they belong in the FAQs alongside the site Privacy Policy.

There it would be possible to link to them in answer to user queries, they could be more accessible to all users by a direct link on every eBid page (which really should exist), and the T&Cs and Privacy Policy do belong together.

(Probably another 5 minutes of my life wasted)

You're right. After I had been here a few months, I remember I wanted to check something and COULDN'T FIND THEM. They should be easily available to members as well as people who are thinking about joining.

Additionally... Changes are made to the site terms and conditions with no notification and no option for users to accept or decline them. Even eBid declare, in their terms and conditions, that they are supposed to do this.
