Anyone for sliced donkey?
On my China travels, now in Guilin.
The restaurant had something on offer I hadn't tried. An entree of cold sliced donkey.
It was very acceptable. I would like to say that donkey has a kick but it doesn't.
Less flavour than lamb or goat, not as sweet as horse. Dense texture taste more like beef.
