Has the YDC started early this month?

I wanted to take part in it this month and saw on the thread that it runs from 24-28th of the month but when I looked in the YDC section, I saw there were many listings up already.

Its those dates , everyone just listed them early, but they don't start until the 24th so no one can bid on them until then.

Plenty of time to list, YDC doesn't start til the 24th, (some of us just list earlier to give potential bidders a chance to check out the goods).
