Having to Log in repeatedly

Hi I have had to log in 4 times today, despite selecting 24 hours as default - is something amiss?

That happened to me a week ago, I contacted support who sorted out my log in for me.

Good idea to contact support about this.

This happens to me frequently, every time I run my antivirus software it apparently resets something so I have to re-login, even if I selected the 24 hour option.
