Google Checkout not showing up as an option

I take payments through Google Checkout. Before I stopped all my auctions from running for a few months Google Checkout was an option and worked fine. I have the proper Google Merechant ID & key registered, and the proper API call back listed with Google Checkout. But I still do not have Google Checkout as a payment option. Any input?

Google is shutting down google checkout.

Google Wallet aka Google Checkout is shutting down in November and is not accepting any new memberships either. Therefore, we do not have that payment option available any more on eBid.
They are concentrating on using the payment feature for iphones etc.
