Starting Bid greyed out

I did everything right trying to do an auction, I found that by using the back button or whatever and etc. seemed to have un-greyed the ability to do an auction.
It was just a tad frustrating.

It's a glitch.

*Using that piece of information,how do you envisage eBid support being able to fix this "glitch"?

Well, unfortunately I did not know exactly in what order and how many times I went back and forth and refreshed, etc. and etc., and what I wrote in my post indicates that.
Just the same as if you make something in a frying pan and you just tossed in some of that, and a bit of this, without measuring, and it turned out to be the best meal you ever made, could you make it again so it's exactly like the best you made before?

I'm just agreeing that it's a glitch, when others say it's the user.

I don't understand why anyone would use the 'back' button when editing, I've never done that as I know it can cause some 'strange' results. When you are in 'view' mode there is a hover bar with the option to edit button available.

That did not work though, I used the back button to get back to where it did work, otherwise I would have used the hover edit, which did not work.

That's exactly my point.It isn't a glitch until you have evidence to show that.Nine times out of ten it's a user error & this thread is about just that.
