    Default Recently Listed Auctions Vanishing

I have been in the process of listing a number of auctions for my newly created ebid shop only to find tonight there 10 that I have listed during today that have just vanished for no reason whatsoever. They have not been purchased, so do not appear in the Sold Auctions section, nor do they appear in the Unsold section. However, when I look through my shop categories, there is still a reference to them in terms of the number of items in each shop category. I have taken a number of screenshots and have attached them to this message to use a reference.

Image 1: This shows my shop main page. It shows 132 auctions found, when there should be 142. If you count the number of items available in each shop category, the total there IS 142,
Image 2: This is in the CPU's (Processors) category. Here it shows 26 auctions found whereas the total shown in image 1 for this section was 30. Again if you total the items listed in each sub-category you will see there should be 30.
Image 3: This is the Socket FM2 sub-category within the CPU's (Processors) category. As shown in image 2, there should be 6 items in this sub-category, but only 2 are showing.
Image 4: This is the Motherboards category. In image 1 it shows the total should be 19 and again when totalling the items listed in each sub-category it again comes to 19, yet the image is stating only 13 auctions found.
Image 5: This is the Socket FM2 Motherboards sub-category. This is showing no auctions found when, as shown in image 4, there should be 2 auctions here.
Image 6: This is the Socket AM3 Motherboards sub-category. Again this is showing no auctions found when, as also shown in image 4, there should be 4 auctions here.

All of the missing auctions were listed between 14/2/2013 at 23:06 GMT and 15/2/2013 at 00:08 GMT. The links provided in the confirmation emails for these missing auctions are:

When clicking on each link provided by the email confirmation, it does take me to the item listed, even though my shop is not showing them. I trust this issue will be rectified ASAP and will not happen again?

Incidentally, in images 3, 5 and 6, of the items shown in the Recently Viewed Items section, 4 of them are among the 10 items I listed that since disappeared from my shop!

It sometimes takes the system a while to update all the numbers. When I'm adding or reposting, the counts do sometimes get off.

I looked at your "All about the seller" page. It shows Auctions Running 142. Try clicking on that number and see what the total count is at the top. I can't see them, apparently you don't offer them to U.S. residents. If that shows the correct number, then you're OK. Just give it some time.

What Tias said, sometimes listings take a little while to update/appear on site. I, too, see the number 142 but no individual listings. You might want to consider offering international shipping as it widens your potential customer base.

    Oh and welcome to eBid.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

It seems to have sorted itself out, thanks for the replies. It's never happened before, usually they appear in my shop immediately, and indeed had happened this time as well and it was only after about half an hour after they had been listed that they then disappeared. As i say, that's never happened to me before although I've only been here about a week. Like many who come to ebid, i'm a disgruntled former ebayer who had enough of eBay's current habit of making it nigh-on impossible for smaller, independent sellers to sell regularly thanks to their terms that are ludicrously difficult to meet... or at least they are while people continue to abuse the DSR system there. I'm currently selling to UK only as experience with ebay (again) meant that selling overseas was extremely awkward and left me open to numerous people who would again abuse the system (usually claiming not to have received goods when they actually had) so it is making me reluctant to do that just yet, although ebid's system of allowing me to select only certainly countries does make it far less open to abuse, so it is certainly something i'm considering. On a related note, is there a way of quickly changing all listings to include the other countries I would ship to?
