Print Packing Slip not working

I am trying to use the new feature 'Print Packing Slip' and nothing is happening. How does this actually work please?

I am using XP and Google Chrome browser.

Problem solved. I had a pop up blocker running.

The packing slip is exactly the same as the invoice which I always printed so what's the point of a Print Packing Slip option.
