Change Department Not Working

I am in the “List New Item” screen and the last item I listed was in collectables.

If I click on the “Change Department” link (which I assume lets you choose a different master category)
I get “The Webpage Cannot be Found”

The URL it is trying to access is: http://uk.ebid.net/sell - I think it may need a forward slash at the end?
