Someone had a similar question recently and I suggested they contact support to find out what's going on with the buyer's status, think maybe that might be best here, too, especially if 'User No Longer Active' is showing. I had one of these (User No Longer Active) a while ago and contacted eBid for refund of my FVFs, couldn't send reminders as there was no one to send them to.
