Payment reminder missing

The choice does not exist on this drop down. When I tried to mark as non-payer it says I need to send two reminders first.

Someone had a similar question recently and I suggested they contact support to find out what's going on with the buyer's status, think maybe that might be best here, too, especially if 'User No Longer Active' is showing. I had one of these (User No Longer Active) a while ago and contacted eBid for refund of my FVFs, couldn't send reminders as there was no one to send them to.

The only way to get your FVF back is to contact support and ask for it

It looks like a BIN where buyer hasn't paid.

Whether you have sent an invoice or not, they have removed the option

This screen shot is after an invoice was sent but there is still no option for payment reminder

Has 24 hours elapsed? It used to be 24 hours before a reminder was seen if memory serves me correct
