I have noticed that on this site you cannot file NPB, why is that?

Surely, anyone can come along and mess up all your auctions.

You leave them negative they leave you negative.

no you cant and never could on the old one either think this is something the Boys should look at maybe you should e mail them and ask. If you dont use anything that incurs fees though it dont realy make much difference as you dont loose listing fees and final value fees like on e bay so maybe thats why there is no NPB thing.
