    Default Your Account is Not Active?

    I just listed my first auction!!! I was so excited to have the opportunity to ditch ebay. All went well until I tried to list my second auction and then I got a message that says "Your Account is Not Active." When I checked on my first auction it appeared to be up and running. I don't understand, my status is "Seller +" Does anyone have any suggestions or am I missing something here?

    It might be that your first auction has been picked up as a high enough priced item for support to want more verification from you.

    I'm uncertain about the limit but I can see why support has to err on the side of caution.

    Hi and welcome to eBid.

    I believe new sellers who list high ticket items are required to provide ID verification to support, for the safety of all eBid members. You can e mail support: support@ebid.net if they haven't contacted you already and find out what doc's are required, shouldn't take long to get verified after this.

    I understand (having not being through it myself) that you should get a notice when you log in detailing what action is required to unlock your account.

    If you haven't already, log out of eBid and log back in again. Look for any instructions.
