Thread: Can't log in

    Angry Can't log in

    I don't understand,Just registered few days ago as a seller and been verified in every aspects, today can't log in.
    tried 8 times to log in no luck,is anybody having the same problem?.

    Do you mean you've been asked for and provided extra verification?As in utility bill etc.The reason I ask is because yesterday you listed a high value item which normally sets off the extra verification process.

    Hi and welcome to eBid.

    I can see your About Me page as well as your listings, so your account looks OK to me. You might want to double check your password and that you don't have caps lock on, also try clearing your browser cache/cookies.

    As Blue stated, listing high ticket items as a new seller does trigger the eBid ID verification process; make sure you've provided all documents requested by eBid for verification and wait for a response from support (which doesn't typically take much time once documents are provided).

    You are a new member who has listed an expensive item for $1299.00 which has triggered the eBid verification program. You should have received an alert for you to email eBid with any documents that they require to verify who you are. Once this has been approved, you are good to go and will be able to sign in. Once you are up and running, you will not be asked again for verification in the future. If you have problems, contact support@ebid.net and they will help you.
