Most peculiar, make sure you haven’t got any weird characters in the message that’s upsetting it somehow.
If not I suggest you contact them by email at support@ebid.net
Thank you for the direct e-mail address to support. That is what I will do, and I will show them the message I was attempting to send, but even just writing one word in the message box, such as "Help" and attaching my message did not work.
If all you were entering was 'Help' then it may be that wasn't considered long enough to be a viable question. Some entries on the site (e.g. the forums) require a minimum length input.
